We offer local and international shipping.

Once an order is placed, there is a 2 week print and production lead time. Order will be shipped immediately and delivered to your requested destination.

SA Order: R65 door-to-door delivery

SA Orders over R1000: FREE

International Orders: R980

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. These fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country.

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Whilst we are sure you will love your new piece(s),we do understand that sometimes there may be exceptional circumstances to consider. This is where our refund policy comes in:

All images on the site are displayed as best as possible to reflect the true appearance of the artwork. Detailed descriptions and technical specifications are available to assist you in making your purchase decision.

If at any point you are unsure of your selection, please contact us for assistance before completing your order. If the item that you have received is damaged or defective-please report this to us as soon as possible within the 15-day period following receipt.

If you have changed your mind/encounter any other non-manufacturing issue and would like to return the item(s) purchased, we require that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received to receive a full refund. In this instance, the cost of returning your purchase to us is for your account. We recommend and can arrange for our in-house couriers to collect from you and can provide you with a quote for this. In instances where items are not returned to us in 100% resalable condition, we may withhold up to 20% of the product purchase value. This will be determined upon receipt of your return to us for assessment.

Any amounts to be refunded to you will be done so via EFT (bank deposit) on receipt of the returned goods. We will contact you for your bank details.
